WILLIAM O'NEAL

Content strategist with extensive experience working with product, sales, marketing, communications, and editorial teams. Proven track record of increasing user engagement and retention through compelling content, community building, storytelling, and narrative development while also applying user-centered philosophies to the creation of UX copy and experiences. A highly effective content designer and content marketer, I specialize in creating effective cross-functional partnerships that consistently deliver results.

As Content Marketing Manager for the Autodesk Technology Centers, I produced dozens of stories in Autodesk's externally facing publication, Redshift, highlighting the myriad ways that our partners were innovating in the design and make field. 
Also, as Content Marketing Manager for the Autodesk Technology Centers, I relaunched the Autodesk Technology Center Website, resulting in an immediate net increase of more than 30k unique visitors per month. This entailed working with cross-functional stakeholders to completely rewrite all of the web copy as well as coordinating with an outside creative agency on the design and UX.
One of my first projects as Content Marketing Manager for the Autodesk Technology Centers, I led the production of the Global Autodesk Technology Center overview video. This included writing the script (and getting it approved by a variety of cross-functional stakeholders), assembling talent, location scouting, and working with the production company in all aspects of the production.
